That's the whole config.json. It will be automatically generated by running the game with SMAPI (StardewModdingAPI.exe) with default values. Then it's very easy to choose what you want. Just use the images in the included References folder to edit it :)

Where do I find config.json? I tried making it and pasting in it but it still didn't work

You can edit it in a text editor like Notepad, my preferred program is Notepad++ :)

I could be overlooking something because i'm new to modding, but I can't seem to get the kitchens to work after the second house upgrade. Is it only for the first house upgrade?
