Besides the fact of wanting to reskin and update this games to absolute hell - the ability is far from my own. But, I like seeing the backend of everything since it SEEMS easy to shuffle around with and rewire to your liking - that is until you enter the wrong value in an ini file and your buildings fall apart and your game crashes. Yes, learned that the hard way. Without rambling on any further, does anyone know where I could find an explainer for the ini files? I've been using pakpoker and, while it's tempting to totally fork everything up and feel like a super cool modder, I'm not. I've also seen the ini files for starmaker and it looks like you can edit the values for the range when editing a star's face. Not sure if anyone has traveled down that path yet. I had The Movies back in the day and played with the .ini files with much success, but that's all gone with the old PC when I went expat some 5 years ago.
