Vortex not deleting files correctly with "Master of Disguises".

I was building a new load order and after some testing decided to delete "Master of Disguises".

 

This mod simply contains an .esp and a .bsp.

 

I disabled the mod, but it didn't take, so I deleted the files (archive as well) within Vortex but they persisted even with a complete new start.

 

I had to physically delete them from the data folder, for some reason Vortex was unable to do so.

After uninstalling you will need to run the Purge mods and then Deploy mods again to clear it all. I too found this out the hard way as i had texture mods that were just not changing back when uninstalling.
