I'm re-modding FO4 and being rookie-ish to modding I'm wondering if one can move their steam library to a different FOLDER, but on the SAME drive And if that would bypass the whole 'steam in program files & the UAC issues that can cause' ? I don't have a 2nd drive on this laptop & hours of interweb searching didn't mention 'different folder but on the Same drive' only moving it to a different drive altogether. If this can be done would anyone be willing explain how-to do this in a 'For Dummies' manner? it would be Very Much Appreciated!
