Crash in 1or2 minutes after loading

I have had a game working quite fine (with some crashes, but not that often) with many mods installed. I installed a few more today, started game on a clean save, activated all mods just after Helgen sequence (hell with mods enabled it crashes every minute). Game worked quite nice since then for around 1hour. Then I arrived to Riverwood, got lvl up to lvl3, picked up first quest from the general trader there, saved... Now whenever I do anything, either go to bar, wait 2hours, stay inside game crashes, when the loading finishes I can do anything but crashes after a minute or 2. I don't have the load order before the installment of "recent" mods but it was sorted with just LOOT.

(copied from Wrye Bash) ++ represents it is in Bashed Patch (that's how I understand it at least)
Also there were few mods that I installed but they do not figure on this list and these are: Crash Fixes, SKSE Plugin Preloader, Stunning Statues, Encounter Zones Unlocked, Legible Item Description.

I'm pretty noob at using making Bashed patch so I might have made a mistake, did it because Diverse Skyrim recommended it on the mod page. and Better Vampire NPC mentioned to be under it with relev tag. I used Loot at first but the game crashed at loading screen so I sorted it manually so now I launches and after a minute of gameplay crashes. The mods that I installed recently are marked in the list with [x]. I suspect one of them or load order.

The savegame file isn't corrupted (the size is quite regular).
I updated LOOT like one or two weeks ago.
