Alright, so I installed a few mods, unsure what mod is doing this but, my characters body is fat, I have some customizable clothing mods, CBBE, other things...etc.

With clothes.

Without.

Apologies, I had to compress the images so you cant see much of the major flaws.

Plus, if you look closely at the neck area, its all kinda messed up, looks even worse at frontal view. I need some help for this, what to uninstall, how my load order should be, what I should fix?

have you installed any body preset? have you used BodySlide to rebuild outfits for the new preset?

because it sounds like you use one preset for the naked body , but the outfits don't use the same preset , and therefore look different

if you could provide pictures in game , it would help understand the issues with the neck (it could be texture issues , or neck seam issues etc)

The textures and the seam is all messed up with no clothing. I only used CBBE the vanilla body sliders.

With clothing my characters body's width is proper and there is no issues with seaming.

The clothing mods I did install were compatible with CBBE maybe even the vanilla option of CBBE.

well , the pictures don't show anything too drastic , but it's really hard to see (if you want to show the issues around the neck , zoom in around it . you can use TFC for this)

I haven't touched the game in months , so I can't recall about the installation , but maybe you've installed it wrong , or chose different options for body and outfits? I really don't recall how the installer works , but it sounds like you just did something wrong , or just didn't install a specific part

you could just try to use BodySlide and rebuild all outfits to use the same body preset (matching the one you use for the naked body) to fix this
