Sky Flickering when moving camera

It appears to be "fixed" when i disable ENB effects ([GLOBAL] UseEffect=false)

 

I'm using Film Workshop ENB preset with NAC, ENB v0323

It seems to only happen to me with the Overcast weather setting. Looking at your video it seems to happen with an overcast type of weather.

Check what weather type is loaded within NAC and disable it. I ended up disabling 2 overcast type of weathers and no more flickering!

Had the same problem. I found a fix, but with a tradeoff. Set all of these fog values to 1.0. This fixed it for me, but the tradeoff is you will be forced to put up with the white glowing trees, buildings, whatever is in the fog. When you turn these values all the way down, the fog goes away, but you still get a flicker and fog pop in which I believe is tied to the BS engine with FO4.
