These are the deatils I get from the three errors I get when trying to log in.

This error pops up twice, once under Failed to get access key and once under failed to connect to Nexusmods.com

Error: unable to verify the first certificate

This error message also comes with Failed to get access key.

These errors come up every time I try to log in. I already verified I have a default browser configured.

Any suggestions?

I'm having issues today too, and it worked fine yesterday.  My account on the Nexus website is fine, but Vortex isn't talking to it properly anymore.  My net connection is fine, and I've changed NOTHING recently, so I'm guessing this is a server-side issue?

i Have a Http error 500 can't reach nexus.mods.com when trying to authorize vortex =(

Well maybe they are down for maintenance or something =(

Yeah I suspect so too.  I tried to re-authorize with 2 different browsers and it just hangs.

 

EDIT: and it's back online now and working!

What happened to nexus mod manager? This stupid app is a pain..Too much errors, i'm never donating to this site again.  Keep it simple nexus, no one wants vortex. It's garbage

Nahh Bro Vortex Makes it much easier to have a stable modded game,, it notifies you when two or more mods try to change the same file where nmm didn't ,, and that causes infinite load screens crashes or whatever the case may be ,, just check out gophers' videos on using vortex,, it is a billion times better !

You've been on the site since September of this year, and you used your one post to complain about something that there's nothing to complain about.
All you have to do is click the big Orange button that says INSTALL VORTEX at the top of every page, then scroll down, yes, SCROLL DOWN the page just a little bit, and you'll be met with another big button to download the unsupported version of NMM, and the latest updated version of NMM at github.

At Least TRY.

Also, your "Argumentum ad Populum" that "no one wants Vortex" is absurd.
