Modded Fallout New Vegas keeps crashing/freezing

I'm fairly new at modding at the time and i'm still trying to learn but I'be ran into a problem...My fallout New Vegas keeps crashing and/or freezing after 5-10 minutes of playing. While playing everything smooth but not long after that my game crashes or freezes. I figured that maybe the reason for Fallout NV failing is because of the mods clashing with each out but I'm not sure and yes I've installed Anti Crash, 4gb patcher, and NVSE. I've also installed the LOOT mod organizer.

I've unaware of which mods are clashing with each other (IF the mods are clashing) but if anyone could help me out that would be great
