I'm not expecting anything on the level of FO4 or Skyrim/ SSE, but do you think we'll begin seeing an onslaught of mods? Some weapon tweaks, AI tweaks, and gameplay tweaks, but nothing truly added to the game. There is no "creation kit" for these games, so I just don't think it's possible.
