My game is looking weird..

Hey Nexus forum members. At the beginning of my Post, i would like to say, that my english is not that great and i have to apologise for any mistake that im gonna write right now.

Lets get to the subject. So for couple of days i was sitting on nexus to mod my Skyrim. I found couple of mods, and they are working great. Everything is looking nice and there's no bugs and other things... Till i went to Whiterun and other major cities..My textures are missing and i actually have no idea how to fix that problem. Windows, water and ice are missing in few places. Windows are purple and river doesnt have water like it just dissapeard. Im out of ideas, how to fix that problem. That's why im comming to you guys, in need of help... I've tried to install Rustic windows and new Snow/Ice mountain mods but it doesnt want to help cause everytime that im trying to install any kind of mod that gives me better textures the game crashes at launch. When i'll unistall the mods, everything is working fine, but everything is broken.. I literally tried any kind of ideas that went to my brain, but now my hands just went down.. Could anyone help me with that? Did anyone meet such a problem? By the way. Its not a problem of my PC, lack of VRAM or such. I've build a new PC couple days ago and i know that's not such a thing.. Ill post a link to screenshots to show you how does that look... Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

looks like you're missing textures/meshes. uninstall any mods modifying said files, this also includes any overhauls. take time to properly digest the changes each of your world changing texture /mesh mods modify. you'll be able to address your problem then.

Although it may not be the solution to your problem your load order is not good.

Some of the mods you have chosen also conflict with each other in a bad way.

Personally I would look at that first before you do anything else

Maybe I overlooked something, but IMHO there's mainly a problem with lighting mods: Basically just use one at a time for the same thing (exteriors or interiors). Claralux isn't compatible with exterior lighting mods. So no RLO or ELFX exteriors together with Claralux. You CAN use RLO Dungeons together with ELFX (NOT ELFX Enhancer!), apart from that you will have to decide and choose either ELFX or RLO.

 

On a side note: "Realistic Water Two" should be much lower in your load order. Otherwise you will probably encounter some glitches with water surfaces.

 

The real problme are missing textures though - as was already pointed out.

@Algabar - theres far more issues than the lighting mods my friend. He has brawl bug patch half way down when it should be at the bottom, he has obsidian weather and vivid weathers at the same time, he has patches above mods and even his ESMs are technically out of order. I could go on.

 

First things first - sort your load order with LOOT. Personally I dont use/trust LOOT but it will do a better job then what you currently have.

 

You are correct though the issue in question is texture related

@QuagaarWarrior: I agree with you on the position of the brawl bug fix. I also second your advice to use LOOT. Definitely the thing to do!

 

As for the weather mods: I see "Vivid Weathers" and "Obsidian MOUNTAIN FOGS". I think, the file comes from this mod. It is a standalone mod, that only adds some really nice fogs in the distance. It SHOULD be compatible with every weather mod. I use this combination of Vivid Weathers and Obsidian MOUNTAIn FOGS (not the whole Obsidian weather mod) in my game too without any issues.

@Algabar re weathers - ah yes my mistake. Not reading the list thoroughly enough. Those two are compatible as you say.
