Very low sprint speed

Happens after leaving cells or after intense complicated battles with V.A.T.S. Neither Sprint Mod, Solid Project, nor Project Nevada sprints didn't add any actual speed, I just jog with normal vanilla running speed or even a bit slower, just with AP drain and motion blur effect.

Reinstalling all three mods changed nothing.

Increasing base running speed through console commands works, but it is not really a solution.

You've got six "inactive" plugins along with 125 "active" ones. That puts you at 131 plugins in the "Data" folder, which is a threshold where some people encounter problems with the "plugin cap". The cap varies by system and plugin mix, so the "140" limitation is only an approximation.

 

* Move any "inactive" plugins out of the game "Data" folder. They count against the "plugin cap" because they get loaded by the game engine if found, and can cause "Missing Master" problems. Please see the wiki "Missing Masters" article if you get that error message.

* If you are suddenly having a "slowdown" or lag; or a lack of sound; or problems getting NVSE to load, or really anything new unexpectedly, please see the 'Issue: NVSE - fails to load after update KB4058043 to Win10 FCU (v1709)' entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide. This may be due to a Windows Update for the "Meltdown and Spectre Vulnerabilities".

* You really need to use a "Merge Patch File" with that collection of mods. Please see the 'Third Rule: The Rule of One' and 'Merge Patch File' sections of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

Please see 'Issue: NPCs and Creatures are moving at "hyper-speed"' entry in the 'Solutions to Performance problems' section of the the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide. Your "slow sprint" sounds like the reverse of the problem described there, and may have the same cause. That entry describes how you can check the "speedmult" value.

One appears to be Project Nevada, and the other part of something else (possibly Solid Project). You also have a separate "Sprint Mod.esp" installed. It is generally not a good idea to have two different plugins trying to control the same thing. Uninstall or disable the sprint component until you only have one in play.

I deactivated sprint-related plugins one by one and tested different configurations (PN + Sprint mod, Solid Project + Project Nevada, solo Sprint Mod, etc.), it's definitely a Solid Project bug.

 

I also had issues with SP when disabling an option (like FO4 crosshair, for example) in mod menu did nothing and option stayed turned on. So I thought maybe some parts of SP's sprint related code stay on (because visually function were disabled as intended - the running speed multiplier and waving hands didn't work while pressing hotkey) and interfere with sprint functions from other mods (just an assumption, I'm clueless how it works tbh), but the problem stays even with only Solid Project enabled. Guess I'll play without this mod for a while.
