I installed a mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky that ended up blocking my map, and decided to remove it. The problem is, I don't know how to uninstall mods for games that aren't compatible with the manager.

well , it's usually by just undoing the installation process

so any file that you've added , you need to remove

any edit you may have done to files , you need to revert

 

in some cases these files replace game files

if that is the case , most mod authors give a warning in advance , and suggest that you backup the original files the mod will replace

so in such a case , after remove the modded files , you will need to restore the original files

 

and there is always the option of doing a fresh installation (uninstalling the game , deleting all of it's folders , then doing a new installation of the game)

this is the worst option in terms of time , but in some cases it is the only option
