0.1.1[1] It Begins: Just after materialisation!

They were thirteen super genius teenadults, actually linked superclones with exotic abilities of mind-body-spirit. With them were 13 metaclone companions also with exotic abilities such as shape changing. Then there were 13 quasiliving robotic like companions and 13 neoliving energy being companions. Then there were the 13 who were there but not there.

They all materialised inside a great metallic stone like alcove and went out into a great suncavern stretching into the far distance, in all directions, with here-there massive columns running from floor to ceiling. Permanent cloudsky filtered the powerful suncrystal that grew across the ceiling proper.

It was like a great garden grown semiwild where it was ordered and into wildness where it had been semiwilderness garden.

The thirteen noted naked adult humans, that is bare except for webbings of pouch-item dotted belts, quietly gathering orb shaped fruits, of multiple colours and shades, from large squat bushes. They used their hands but, like the rest of them, their hands looked tough. They had knives, longknives, canteens, flasks, pouches and even a kind of pistol holstered to one side and another to the other side. There were guards who had different weapons though most had a kind of carbine.

The newcomer superclones came forward as young humans dressed alike those gathering fruit, a mixture of animals and a mixture of robots. The neoliving ones hid themselves for the moment and, of course, the last 13 did not have to.

The 13 teenadults began to help picking fruits and putting them into baskets. The ones there quietly accepted the assistance. The animals rested except for the three chimps that helped with the gathering and nine of the quasirobots also assisted that looked like spheres hovering in the air thanks to antigravs. The MtmBots were not really robots.

When the people set out they made it clear they did not want the newcomers to come with them but they left some of the fruits, in their cleverly intricately woven grass baskets, and pointed to where the newcomers should go. The make, of the baskets, indicated that they were fine gifts of gratitude.

Not one word had been verbally exchanged in all that time.

0.1.2[2] It Begins: Place in a mountain and the lobby area.

They came to a metallic door, set into the side of the base of a small mountain, that opened automatically for them. Somehow they were not surprised by this as they had not been so for anything that had happened so far. There was a triple doored airlock arrangement, the outer door to the structure being the outer door to the airlock.

The big chamber, soon to be known as the lobby, was lit-warmed by glowglobes (neatly spherical glowcrystal globes) melded to the ceiling. There was a curious row of dispensercubes melded to part of one great wall.

There were open alcoves, open doorway antechambers and doored sidechambers going off from the lobby and doors that led to hallways and to elevators or even to big, moderately sloping, spiral rampways.

The living ones chose to sleep, tiredness overcoming them, while quasiliving, and neoliving, ones staid on guard duty. They did so in one large dormitory chamber except for quasiliving-neoliving ones on close area patrol.

0.1.3[3] First preparations stage

For now the 13 superclones continued to wear only the webbing of pouch-item dotted belts. They worked in quietness, slept the same way and exercised, played games designed for not only them but their special companions and explored the area. There were heavy powerdoors that were locked against them but inside those doors were three big chambers, nine medium ones and many smaller spaces. It was all on one level with no access granted to elevators, ramps or anything like them.

Dispensercubes gave them limited supplies of consumables as cubes of solid, semisolid, semiliquid and liquid substances of different dull flavoured sorts along with flavouring sauces. There were devices of globes, rods, staves, bowls, disks and so forth. There were healing, stimulating and related substances.

The limitations of the dispensercubes were both of energy, and recharge periods, along with the need to spend transcredit beyond given free amounts of the same. Every midnight 100 free transcredit appeared in each dispensercube and it accumulated if not used.

One big chamber had an earthen ground, could rain artificially and had special sunlamps shining down that were on a light-dark cycle. A dispensercube sold basic tools, seeds and related items. The first food-herb garden was soon being planted as a carefully planned mixture of plants placed in specific places in relation to each other; it was permaculture.

The alcoves, antechambers and sidechambers gave access to laundries, bathrooms, kitchens, storerooms that mostly had nothing in them, laboratories, workshops and a few other useful facilities. At least half the spaces were bare except for basic fixtures.

The third big chamber was left empty to go along with a plan that was already forming.

0.1.3[3] Challenge Stage One: 3Dmaze

Into a 3Dmaze they went, fighting fasting moving sexless versions of themselves but not as deadly as individuals but in larger numbers. That is they fought with pulseguns that fired not to kill but to make the others vanish with sparkling shimmers but so did the naked enemy. Now and then one of their own vanished the same way and yet would return in one minute's time.

This level of challenge of basic, the very first one. Prime/1.1 Alisa guided her 12 superclones but did not have to do much of that as they zapped prize targets that vanished, odd coloured walls that did so after a few well focused pulses and then there were rolling thunder balls that could also be zapped. Zap pits had to be avoided from falling into and activatable zap fields also.

Prize targets were zapped. Nulls were zapped. Walls were zapped. Less often players were zapped.

The 3Dmaze was only a basic challenge that time with only a few challenges and it did not change as the game session was played through. The gained prizes of transcredit, items, were also of basic amounts and types.

Then, exactly one hour after it had begun, the game session was over.
