For Fallout 4
I'd like to request a mod that removes trees, grass, trash piles and scattered debris (possible list of all items you'd want removed too Ie ash trays, empty bottles etc), broken cars, and most importantly inaccessible buildings that do nothing but just sit there (With the option to remove all buildings you cant go into/ that have a quest related to them)
I get that many of these things are "part of the game" but some people only have laptops :/
Anyways an all in one mod that removes all those items would be greatly appreciated by myself, and many more.

(It'd also help to do the same mod but for people who bought the DLC too)

so... why don't you just set your draw distance to the utmost shortest then? you'll achieve the same results with less (much less) effort.

Laptops aren't necessarily too weak to run FO4 at high settings. I'll assume several things and tell you what you can do with settings and mods to optimize your setup. You will not get it to run in a useful fashion below minimum specs.

Generally: Use Boston FPX Fix and Insignificant Object Remover. Use low grass density and low grass draw distance. Don't use trees or grass mods. Don't use location or texture mods. Weather mods are performance neutral. Equipment might be fine, depending on things like geometric complexity and texture sizes.

Low-Power CPU (like Core i5 U-Series, Celerons etc.:): Reduce these settings as low as possible: Shadow Quality, Shadow Draw Distance, Object Draw Distances. Disable Godrays.

Slow Storage (HDD) instead of SSD: Get an SSD. If that won't happen, learn how to archive loose files yourself, archive your mods and use texture optimization mods like PhyOp.

Low-Memory GPU (anything below 4 GB really but dedicated GPU): Use any of the aforementioned texture optimizers.

Low-Power GPU: Reduce display resolution to 720p, disable all effects where possible.
