Bowen877 Posted April 21, 2018 Share Posted April 21, 2018 Hi there! Please help! I have one rtf file which I cannot open in MS Word. It was created a few years ago using Word 2007 on a PC running Windows 7. I have installed Word 2013 on my current PC running Windows 10 and I get 2 errors: 1. An error occurred 2. user does not have access privileges Steps taken so far: I have re-installed Word tried opening in older versions did an update from Microsoft site I can load and save new files without problem.
