Weapons/ammo mismatch

I think I need to fix some stuff related to weapons, armor and AWKCR.

 

1. 10mm guns are weightless, value-less objects.

3. CTD upon trying to use an armor workbench.

 

Not sure what to look for. This isn't my first FO4 modding rodeo, but this weirdness is new to me.
