Freezing and CTDing all the time

I've officially had it up to here with my Skyrim. I have a bunch of mods that have been fully optimized with Mod Organizer, LOOT, and TES5Edit, but despite all my effort, I keep getting freezes and CTDs all the goddamn time. I really want help with this, because I love Skyrim so much, but all these problems are making me want to give up.
