How are you trying to install it: manually or by way of a "mod manager" (and if so which one)? UIO is an NVSE plugin, so you may want to try manually installing it. Certainly you have to have NVSE installed correctly first. (Please see 'Checklist Item #4' entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide if you aren't sure.)

You might want to also check out the wiki "HUD-UI-Menu issues" article.

Hello there ! I have the same problem for the following mods : "MCM ( Mod Configuration Menu )" ; "JIP LN NVSE Plugin" ; and "UIO - User Interface Organiser"... At this point, I can't go further without those basic tools. I'm new to downloading, so I'd like to know, will the NMM recieve an update to fix this problem ? And does downloading manually fixed the issue for those mods ?

BTW, I followed the tutorials of Gopher on Youtube to guide me, and here's the thing : I'm having "NMM" and "Fallout New Vegas" on my Local Disc (C:), program files... something that he talked about, as a scenario that could potencially generate some bugs with certain mods... could it be part of the problem ?

NMM is "end-of-life". It is being replaced by Vertex which is currently in alpha test. All the development work is directed towards Vertex.

The "script" is an FOMOD script, which was written to be used by FOMM. You can use FOMM-Fork instead to install, but you will still need to manually download the mods. Or just follow the "manual install" instructions.

Please see the "Installing Games on Windows Vista+" article in my signature on why having the game installed to the default "C:\Program files" folder tree is a bad idea.

Someone new to modding should read wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article as well.

Detailed reply sent to your PM, but in general: these are"non-fatal" errors from the game that you (the "end-user") cannot do anything about. That they are "spamming" the console indicates that the game engine is not crashing as a result. Not really something you can deal with except (possibly) by including the mods identified in the 'Towards Game Stability' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.
