Adding custom ambient audio to Fallout 4 using Creation Kit. How?

Hey peeps,

 

I asked the same thing under another category but here seems more appropriate. Basically I'd like to create an ambient audio mod that will add additional content to Fallout 4 (from my recordings). But I don't know how to use Creation Kit to make my audio played at certain places.

 

For instance wood creeking sounds nearby a wooden shack. Could anybody tell me how to do this?
