Any console command to turn off NPC sounds?

New to mods, learning - I scoured the internet and forums for this answer and could not find the right one I was looking for - maybe I'm not wording it correctly- but, I've figured out how to stop animation, turn off aggression, stop combat, and setscale on NPC's - some NPC's have their own looping sounds that are still heard even after the animation is stopped - such as, the Draugrs - who make a looping grunting sound. I've been decorating my home with NPC "action figures" dolls on bookshelves and tables. Is there a console command that shuts off NPC sounds after their animation has stopped?

I have figured out how to switch off the sounds to noisy NPC's that play a sound loop after stopping animation. Below is the order how I create my NPC action figure dolls that I place around my home for decoration:

  1. tai xxxxxxxx <-- NPC ID
  2. stopcombat
  3. setav aggression 0
  4. setscale .35 (my action figure scale)
  5. kill xxxxxxxx <-- NPC ID

I use the "kill" command after all the other commands have been entered, so as to keep the NPC still looking alive and not in it's dead state. This will stop the NPC sound loop.
