Skyrim lags crazy

So my game is at 60 fps but it lags crazy. It happened after my first dungeon quest in Solstheim with Frea. I don't have many mods and I don't think they are causing this problem. ( I don't use any graphic-enhancing mods)

Btw, is there a way to use more RAM?? I've done several things but it only goes up to 4.4 gb.

Skyrim is a 32-bit program, so the memory usage is hard-capped. No matter how much RAM you install, it's only going to use around 4 gigs. If you're getting 60 fps, I'm not sure what you mean by "lag". Sometimes, it takes the game engine a few seconds to catch up with everything, especially if you're in melee combat with several NPCs. The more scripts the engine has to manage, the more likely it is that you'll get some hiccups.

Also, Skyrim itself has its own issues with hiccuping and crashing even without a single mod installed except, maybe, USLEP (the unofficial patch). Welcome to the world of The Elder Scrolls.

Nevermind! I fixed it lol

my game was getting 60fps but had mad stutters.Very weird. So I checked enblocal.ini and set ExpandSystemMemoryX64 to true and boom, I just buttered my game.

It's kinda sad that the game's RAM usage is limited.. I could improve my gameplay a lot better if it could go higher :(
