Location name turn into weird characters

Been spending a week straight now every day several hours sorting and fixing my mod list of over 200 mods on new vegas, most issues I've fixed alone so far, but now I've just encountered another one, which is not a big one, and it doesn't bother me that much, but it's still kind of weird. The names of the current location you enter, or the names on doors are all weird characters. Maybe someone knows what this is, if not then I'm not too worried about it. Thanks.

Those are all the mods I have (so far) still in the process of installing.
Install order is the same as the .esp order. I'm thinking it's something with PN and MCM or DarnifiedUI which I then overwrote with CellHUD which doesn't have an .esp though.

Are you by any chance running a "regional" language version of the game, even though you may have it using English? If so this may be a "localization" problem you should address to Steam Support.

 

Please see the wiki "HUD-UI-Menu issues" article for potential issues between PN, MCM, and DarnUI. However, I run all of those and do not have this particular problem.

 

BTW: I see a couple of problems with that "load order". Please see the 'Vanilla "Load Order"' entry and 'Common Game Problems' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

" fixing my mod list of over 200 mods on new vegas" Do not try this. The game will never run if you try to install 200 mods. The most you can use is 130-140 active files in the load order.
