Sorry, I forgot to include the localization files for the German translation in the latest mod version. Everything should work as usual in mod v. 151 - please note however that the German translation files haven't been updated since game version 3.0.1 which means that it wont have all the latest features added in later mod versions.
There is currently no ETA on when the German translation will be up-to-date but hopefully soon!

Does this modify the target information? I notice that I no longer see the type of target, i.e. Wilder, Spirit, Vessel, etc.

- Removed colorization of some text elements (health numbers).
- Fixed a few spelling mistakes (the paladin/fighter becomes resistant to...)
- Slightly increased the distance of text that follows after the health icon.
- Removed erroneous stylization of "Brilliant Tactician" and "Roguish Charm".
- Fixed two cases of unclosed <line-height> tags.
- Fixed two cases of using "<" instead of ">".
- Removed alpha levels of the Health icon because it currently breaks the UI.
- Fixed the item/ability description of Nebula to look a bit better.
- Fixed two instances of using the wrong code for a non-breaking space.
- Removed some stylization of an ability due to the text being "too crowded".
- Added a missing "<" in two entries, should fix a issue with the "Blind" and "Disoriented" affliction tooltips.
Mod version 1.6.5
- Updated the mod for game version 5.0.
- Fixed an graphical glitch with the Health icons. They should work properly now but please let me know if you run into any issues.

- Updated the mod for game version 4.1.1.
- Edited a cyclopedia entry to reflect the changes to the Graze mechanic that was implemented in game version 4.1.1 (cyclopedia.stringtables).

I manually downloaded the current version (Enhanced User Interface (Main Package)-32-1-6-0-1549488088.7z) but ingame it says it's v1.5 instead of 1.6:

Something seems to have gone awry when the French and German versions of the mod were updated which resulted in the English version of the mod reverting to an older build. This should be fixed now! Sorry for any inconvenience this might've caused, and please let me know if you run in any other issues!
