Weird jerk animation when firing

When I fire a single shot rifle, like service rifle, my guy does this weird lean forward and lean back thing between every shot. If its a rifle that has an auto fire setting, he doesn't do this. Anyway here's a video showing it. Then a list of my mods maybe you can help me troubleshoot with! Thanks!

Here is my mod load order for the most part they play very nicely together. Not all of these are active mind you, especially everything after bash patch. :) I have very few crash to desktops, maybe every 3 hours or so. I do have a freezing issue, but that's another thread.

Yeah that's always solid advance, I think I might try and merge some.

 

My folder is filled with .KF animations, but I'm pretty sure I never installed any animation replacers. Hm.
