New Enb in progress

I haven't played skyrim in a year or so but about a week ago I decided on a whim to install the game and start on making a new enb preset. I always like to begin with something like NLA for a foundation and also because I don't know how to edit weather settings very well. NLA is nice, but in the condition that it starts out on from the nexus mods page it does not look very good in certain circumstances. My goal is to fix that and to make the game look overall a specific way. For this enb I chose to go for a more northern, scandinavian sort of feel to it but overall a more realistic and natural look to it.

I know it's very rough around the edges, but now that finals are over I can actually sink some time into skyrim again. The biggest problem that stands out for me are the LODs and the night settings. Far too bright, or at least lacking in contrast and real darks. You probably can't even differentiate from dusk and dark, which is a big problem that I'm going to be going about fixing. Another issue is the particle effects in some areas, but these are not really to do with the enb.
