notnearlysane Posted June 11, 2018 Share Posted June 11, 2018 A little back story: I recently re-dowloaded the game, installed my mods, but found the game to lag/stutter when looking/moving (I use a controller btw), which made it completely unplayable. This was completely fixed after setting Vertical sync to "OFF" in my Nvidia control panel. Game played smoothly for a while. I played the night previously, things still running smooth. But I went to play the next day, lag/stuttering is back, V sync is still set to "OFF". Also I've noticed the intro glitches a bit when it first runs. I'm suspecting it has something to do with a recent windows update because the last time my game ran smoothly, there was a windows update an hour later, and now its unplayable again.
