How to find out what mods may corrupt save files. (I'm new to modding!)

Hi,

 

I'm very new to modding, I've always been a little intimidated by all of the terminology so would like some advice if possible.

 

From what I understand, certain mods contain scripts and these are the more risky in terms of corrupting save files or clashing with the "Vanilla" files.

 

I've installed a couple of mods now and really just want to know what ones, if any, pose a risk. I currently have installed;

 

- STLM 3.2 (Alt version).

- Absolute Pre-release reshade.

- Brutal Face mod.

- Lore friendly witchers (Real Witcher Eyes).

- E3 Trailer swords

 

Any peace of mind would be great, thanks in advance!
