Caesar's New Regime style for Armor of the 87th Tribe

The Armor of 87th Tribe (https://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Armor_of_the_87th_Tribe) is one of my favorite vanilla armors in the game, I loved how it was very similar the Legate Lanius' armor and made it Gaius Magnus look like a very important figure in the Legion. However it pales in comparison to many of the armors seen in Caesar's New Regime (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/45557), so I want to bring the Armor of the 87th Tribe back to it's former glory!

• Make the new Armor of the 87th Tribe look similar to Legate Lanius' armor seen in Caesar's New Regime.
• DON'T REPLACE the Armor of the 87th Tribe, use the CNR Legate's Armor as a base and change it up a bit to create a COMPLETELY SEPARATE armor piece.
• Place the original Armor of the 87th Tribe in the dumpster next to the Legion safehouse where all of the original Legion armors are.
• Place one copy of the new Armor of the 87th Tribe armor piece on Gaius Magnus and a second in the debugging floorsafe in the Legion safehouse where a copy of all the CNR armors are.
• Try to follow the color scheme of the original Armor of the 87th Tribe.
• Make noticeable differences between the CNR Legate's armor and the Armor of the 87th Tribe other than the color scheme, like how the original Legate's armor has a cape while the Armor of the 87th Tribe doesn't, maybe remove a couple things from it or make it more roughed up, or both.
• Put the golden bull on the front and back of the original Armor of the 87th Tribe on the new armor piece.
