MBimunique12 Posted June 15, 2018 Share Posted June 15, 2018 For some reason I cant move after exiting vault 111. The vault elevator is color purple and after I exit vault 111 I can only move my vision, there is also no HUD and I cant switch to third person mode or open my pip boy. Go to X:\Users\*Your Name*\AppData\Local\Fallout4 and copy/paste the plugins.txt file between tags.
