[LE] 3D Max Pose

Hello, I hope someone can help me out here.

 

I try to make poses with 3D max 2015, can anyone show me a good Tutorial or can tell me step by step how to?

I've found some rigs on LoversLab, also tried with importing the Vanilla Skeleton, placing the meshes on it aswell. Worked fine so far, but when I load the hkx ingame with Public Poser, it only gives me a T-Pose.
