Crash on loading saves and new game

Hi. I'm running Skyrim LE. I'm posting here because first time in modding Skyrim I don't know what to do. I'm running 143 esp's/esm's mostly quest mods. After I try to add another quest mod(for example project AHO, The Shire, Sinister Seven, Brotherhood of old) or something more heavy than standard armor/weapon mod saves don't load and I can't start a new game- crash on save loading screen after 2 seconds. When I remove/disable random quest mod from my list, I can load games with new mod installed without problem. It is like game is preventing me running above current quest mods count without any logical reason. Crashes occur even on clean saves from unmoded Skyrim. Crashes happen with or without merged patch. It doesn't matter which quest mod I try to add to my list, it produces a crash. Changing load order manually didn't make any difference. I'm using safetyload and crashfixes. Prior to posting here I started from scratch(fresh Skyrim installation) and readed my mods one by one with crash control on every step, it didn't produce any logical explanation. Everything was working flawlessly for the time I added something new(any larger quest mod) to my current list saved in txt file.

If it could be helpful here are my pc specs: i7 7700, 16GB RAM, GTX980ti, win 10 pro.

I appreciate any help.

Hi

Are you using SKSE memory patch?

Are you using ENB/ENBoost?

I had to be really careful when I upgraded to a GTX980ti from a GTX 980. The 6gbs of vram easily allows you to go over the 32 bit limit on ram. I use Skyrim Performance Monitor for ram tests. The ram graph will head for the top before the CTD.

When you reinstalled did you delete or move the Skyrim folder? Did you delete or move the ini? Did you delete or move the AppData\Local\Skyrim plugins.txt file?

It could be a Windows 10 update issue. The last update stopped my game from loading. I no longer add mods to it(maxed out) so I know it is an external problem. The same modded game & save still works on my Windows 7 machine.

Thank you for answering to my post. I wasn't using SKSE memory patch but tried it after problems started, there was no difference. I'm using ENB preset without ENBoost. Do you think it could be a ram problem, I haven't got single Skyrim out of memory error? Maybe I wasn't precise but problem started before reinstalling. I didn't changed anything. I try to run my win 10 install on win 7 machine like you did.

EDIT:

Windows 7 transplant of my Skyrim folder changed nothing.

EDIT2:

Today I used SPM as you suggested. There is no memory spike before crash.
