Looking for a good house mod with good Armory/Display Room.

I'm struggling to find a good house mod that fits "me" or well my characters. One that has good elements all around. So far the only one that I've loved to no end is the house in Clockwork mod. Everything in it is setup so perfectly. Good crafting area's that make sense. Good housing area's, spacious, decent armory/Display area (Though I wish it were bigger tbh). That's its only real downfall. That and the Atmosphere of it is so well done.

I also have Skyfall Estate, which is also really nice. While some things end up being redundant, you can ignore that. If I opt to simply not build the basement, the basement lends to a very large, nice display area's that I can use Jaxons placer, and other furniture mods to easily furnish and make the whole empty basement into an awesome looking display area.

However, I don't want to use these mod/house for EVERY character. I like to Role-play and those 2 houses just doesn't fit very well all the time, and I don't want to play the story of clockwork to get the house every time either, as it can be a real pain when you just want a damn house to live in.

So far I've tried:

Elysium Estate: While that definitely had a nice airy feel to it, and a nice albeit small display room, the size of the display room, and the non logical, and rather annoying way the house crafting/storage was setup made me decide a no.

Radun Estate: While nice over all, again super small display area.. While yes its cavernous, big, and spacious, it leaves little room for actually displaying stuff on the walls, etc. even using jaxonz placer, that along with other limitations and issues crafting/cooking and yada yada wise, I had to say no.

* I do have LC Feudal Keep which I use with Tundra Defense, more for roleplaying as a Baron, but I don't use the actual keep for housing.

---------------------------

Basically I'm looking for a good house mod that has

* Good spacious easily decorative Armory/Display area

* Good living area's that allow for easy logical storing, and cooking/crafting.

That's about it.. you'd think it'd be easier than this to find just that.

personally I don't really use too many house mods

and the reason I tend to skip these is because I've found a mod that presents one of the best player homes for me , but with so much more

so if you've never used Legacy (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/11802) , do yourself a favor and try it out

the house you get there isn't gigantic , but it has an amazing storage and crafting system , there are plenty of locations to display loot (es well as all of the displays inside the attached museum) , and it looks great

not sure about children (as I never adopt any in game) , but I believe it also has support for that , if that is a factor for you

Actually that is one I use, which I forgot to add to the list. I only just found it a few days ago.

Though I don't like to use it with all my characters either, as 1) it's like a second job, which is fine, and fun but doesn't fit every character.

2) I kinda want a good display/armory area that I can walk through all at once, not have to go through 2 levels of 8 diff rooms, that are so tightly packed and cluttered.

I'm highly enjoying the mod as it is though. It's quite fun to build up a legit museum!

I personally like the vanilla Hearthfire stuff. I actually got Elinora's Creation Club house, but I don't use it. I just did it for complete-ness and supporting a mod author. Her stuff seems cool, but for the most part, it seems like modder creations are too extravagant and/or overpowered.. making the base game seem pointless.. especially if you paid money for vanilla homes.

Only modded house I would definitely use: The one that turns Carlotta's house in the Wind District into your version of Breezehome.. then relocates Carlotta where your old Breezehome was. Except the thing is glitchy and not worth the trouble. I desperately wish I lived in the Wind District by default though.
