Lower FPS after starting a new game (old saves still running smoothly)

I'm playing Skyrim SE with some mods.

I recently added Frostfall, Campfire, iNeed, Hunterborn and Character Creation Overhaul (all in addtion to my other mods) for a new Playthrough.

I had significantly lower FPS. I used to have a steady 60fps without ENB before, now I have 45-50fps, in some places even less, still without ENB!

I have already disabled Frostfall, Campfire and Hunterborn and started a new game again. I even tried disabling ALL of my mods and starting a new game and even there the fps are low.

My old saves (also modded, but without those mentioned above) are still running super smoothly.

(I also added SkyHUD, Majestic Mountains, Ars Metallica and Amor Rating Redux. Though I'm only like 80% sure that I added those after said fps drop occured).

 

Any ideas what might have happened and how to fix this?
