Need Slight Help With Load Order - Fallout 4

So recently I've been playing around with a couple different mods to tailor my Fallout experience to what I consider perfect for a player such as myself. I have all the mods I would want but due to a slight case of OCD I am constantly worried that once I begin a character that I want to keep and play through the whole game with, I worry about my Load Order messing with my experience.

 

To make it short: I would really appreciate it if someone could let me know if my load order is done right or not and if it isn't right then let me know what needs to be changed (e.g if there are conflicts between some mods that programs like LOOT might not pick up on).

Also, is it worth downloading FO4Edit to clean up ITMs within one mod and the DLCs or is it completely redundant for the DLCs but I should consider it for the single mod that has a couple ITMs?
