CTD During Load or New Game

Hello,

 

I am experiencing a crash whenever I try to load any character that isn't my Argonian. This all began when I was curious and loaded an old save from years ago to see what was in that save. I've deleted the ini and restarted the game, disabled my mods one by one and reinstalled them, tried the Load Game CTD Fix mod, and changed my load order with LOOT and yet I can't do anything to make it work again. When I use the Argonian save to travel to Whiterun there is no crash, but when I go into Showracemenu and try to go down one option to Breton the game crashes.

I believe the save I tried to load either had YgNord race for the character or it had the RSChildren child Breton character.

Please help.

Edit: Never mind I seem to have fixed it by reinstalling Enhanced Character Edit a second time.
