Settlement Queue Completly Borked

Hey. I know the settlement queue bug has been around for a long while. I even had it way back during my first run of Fallout 4. However, this time it seems to have become a permanent, or, incredibly long, problem. Settlers do not get assigned to resources at all, no matter how much time I wait, and this has been going on for several days now. New settlers do not show up, nor can they be sent to another settlement. One rather annoying issue involved the minutemen who are supposed to become settlers after Taking Independence never did so, which completely broke that quest. I've never run into this problem being this bad, and all info I've found through searching has yielded no results. I've included my mod list, I would greatly appreciate any assistance as I would really like to go back to proper settlement building.

 

Note: I do have Sim-Settlements installed, which does work flawlessly, but with no new settlers showing up it sadly doesn't completely resolve my issue.

You have a few settler mods that affect Settlers, and are probably fighting one another.
With all those script running that affect settlers, probably none of them get to run properly.

Sim Settlements - Working, doing a daily routine, sleeping, defending the settlement

Immersive Generic Dialog - Different non-repetitive dialogue

CWSS Redux - scripted hygiene using the bathroom, taking showers

Busy Settlers - Is kind of Redundant considering you have Sim Settlements installed

That does make a lot of sense. I'm going to remove CWSS, Busy Settlers, and IGD. Thank you! Will update if anything changes.

Update: I've removed those mods though so far there's been no change. It may have been fixed now, and it's just got to catch up, but I have no real way of confirming that. I do hope it's fixed, cause I'd rather not have to start a new save.
