I'm trying to create a giant version of the power armor that I can stomp around in like a mech suit. The idea is to add in some other giant enemies around the wasteland to break up the gameplay between interiors (traditional Fallout 4) and exteriors (Mechs vs Behemoths). I can create a giant power armor frame, but as soon as I get into it it shrinks down to normal player size and then scales itself back up as soon as I get out.

I have a feeling this has to do with some sort of model swapping that gets triggered when the player enters the suit, but I can't find any references in the PowerArmorFurniture that link to what model or animation is being used, and I can't find it in the asset list either. Does anyone know where I should be looking or if this is even possible?

A good thought, but no luck. I also tried it with a pre-war chair to be certain it was not a problem with power armor in particular. With the chair I created 1 normal chair scaled up and a duplicate object of the chair without the variable, also scaled up. Interestingly, neither object scaled when the player sat in them and neither of them scaled the player's size either. It seems that variable has no visual affect on the character at all.

If you use Console commands you can make yourself a giant in Power Armor.

First open the console, then click on you in Power Armor, type "setscale" and put any number behind that you want. WARNING: Your Speed will increase, i dont know if there is a way of scaleing that too.
