ctd when near whiterun

my game crashes when approaching whiterun each and everytime, cant even coc to whiterun without game crashing the second it loads. This is my Load order according to LOOT

If it's a simple mod incompatibility run your load order through TESEdit to find.

I set up the memory patch and it helps a little but i still crash when i get closer and TESEdit doesn't show me anything that would lead me to believe there are mod incompatibilities.

i installed that and i do have loot but it still crashes, if it helps i can paste the crashlog(though i cant make sense of it)
