What is wrong with my load order?

Used LOOT, and see no conflicts, Mod Organizer is not giving me any warnings, yet when I try to run the game it doesn't even boot. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Start with clearing download cashe in Steam. If your using MO then you know if your missing masters.

The only other thing I can think of is enb related. Have you done anything with enb lately? If you have updated enb binary recently than try placing your enb seriers folder and ini, found in main Skyrim folder where data folder and tes5edit.exe is, on to desktop and try launching game, that folder and ini will regenerate into your Skyrim folder. Also, what happens when you try to load all mods into tes5edit?, Does tes5edit load all mods fine? I ask cause you might have a master mod loading after a mod that needs that master mod and tes5edit will stop loading if that's the case and tell you what's messing you up.

Move your skeleton towards bottom of load order, has to be after realistic ragdoll force, never let anything overwrite your skeleton, even if loot says different.

NOTHING should ever be between the vanilla files and the unofficial patch, EVER

it looks like you have these Disabled, which if that is the case, delete them instead

Serana.esp

While they are disabled and that is the correct method, it is still wrong, specially if any of those mods over wrote any vanilla files, this is very common if a mod adds any textures or meshes

Jessegtgt is correct about the skeleton mod, BUT, also, your load order should look like this at the bottom

You said you used LOOT and saw no conflicts, the problem is LOOT is only 1/3 of the equation, you also need Tes5Edit and Wrye Bash
