Less face defects complexion?

So, I've started the game twice, just to stop it in the middle of the tutorial (I am skipping the bad camera and interface rant, here). No matter how long I try to fix my inquisitor, she has always the face of a terminally-ill, 2 hours from death.

I've surfed the whole mod forum 3 times. Is there a damn way to REMOVE all the damn scars, veins, stains they have on their face? Is there a way to actually see pc and companions with a face that's not screaming "I've been jumping with my face through a vegetable mill for the latest 2 weeks"?

And most important... is there a way to REMOVE the damn shine??? They all seem constantly soaked in water! Have a look here (random pic in the mod section)

Why the hell has he constantly that sweaty look?

 

The best part is that, except for a mod in which veins are removed, all the complexions I've found till now simply ADD moles, spots, scars, shine, etc... But the pic I see are, instead, somehow free of those. Is it just Photoshop post-processing? Or does it exist a mod to remove all those skin defects?

I mean, you can add 3 different shade of eye-shadow to your inquisitor, but she has no idea what face powder is?

 

Yeah, I know, it is a stupid request, but seriously, I got sick every time I look at my pc. T_T
