"20214305 _ DISABLED _LOD_ERR" in NVAC's Crash Log.

I'm getting a lot of "20214305 _ DISABLED _LOD_ERR" in NVAC's crash log. I'm a bit at wit's end here, as this is the only clue I've got.

I've tried to find the culprit for this all week with no success or progress to speak of.
I've only just barely started installing anything and I'm getting consistent crashes after about 10 minutes of play.

All I have installed are:
Latest NVSE
JIP LN NVSE Plugin
4GB New Vegas (this one: www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/62552)
Zan AutoPurge Crash Protector
NVAC
User Interface Organizer
Weapon Mod Menu
MCM
OneTweak
OneHud
Weapon Retexture Project
NMC's Texutre Pack (Medium)
Poco Bueno
Wasteland Flora Overhaul (Dead)
FNV Realistic Wasteland Lighting
Fallout Character Overhaul 3.0
Pip Boy 2500

And that's it. I've pretty much tried uninstalling all of these and testing fresh saves without any of them to find the same results.
Even downgraded from Ojo Bueno and the Large texture pack from NMC to no avail. I had NVSR, and even tried some tweaks proposed that did help a lot with performance, but I still ultimately crashed after about 40 minutes of play even with tweaks, so I got rid of it entirely. Also to no avail; crashes even without NVSR.
Some insight would be greatly appreciated. I decided to give modding NV another go after all this time but this is getting pretty frustrating.

It appears you have two different issues here.

1. Do you have "New Vegas Stutter Remover" (NVSR) installed? If so, please see the 'Issue: CTD after 10-20 minutes of play (post-Win10 2017 FCU)' and 'Issue: CTD without warning, "Out of Memory error", or stops responding after the Main Menu' entries in the 'Solutions to "Crash To Desktop" (CTD) problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.

2. If you add any VWD/LOD textures (such as NMC or Ojo Bueno), please see the 'Checklist Item #15 & 16' entries in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide regarding the need to run both TES4LL and FNVLODGen. Also recommend you read the 'LOD/VWD Texture Packs' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article first.

* Do not use an "Auto-purge" mod for game play. (That was old advice from before we knew better.) They are designed for debugging by mod creator's only, according to the author of the JIP extensions to NVSE. See the 'Issue: CTD without warning, "Out of Memory error", or stops responding after the Main Menu', "Cause-2", "Solution-3" entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide for the game settings that do the same job.

You may also find it useful to read the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article completely, and the 'Common Game Problems' section in particular.
