If anyone has had this problem and knows a way to fix, it would be much appreciated. Deleted3082751User Posted July 21, 2018 Share Posted July 21, 2018 (edited) Go to your *Fallout 4* Root Folder: --> C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4 <-- (if you installed it to C:/ Drive) Open fallout4launcher - Options - Advanced Tab - Untick *Wetness* and possibly *Rain Occlusion* for the record its not a problem, its a new thing introduced in fallout 4, prior previous games. its to make them look wet. i personally like it. anywho the above method will completely remove the glossiness effect.
