Brightly coloured flat water LODs

Hello, I've been trying to get rid of this problem for a while but to no avail. I was wondering whether anyone else has had this problem, or come up with a solution for it!

I use Realistic Water 2 and Rudy ENB with NLVA.

When my character is right next to a body of water, it looks absolutely fine and beautiful, but when I get a certain distance away, the water takes on an extremely bright and flat colour (sometimes bright blue, sometimes bright yellow, sometimes bright purple) - seemingly dependent on the weather, but not matched at all.

It is especially noticeable on large bodies of water around the edges of the map, as shown in the picture below:

 

 

I've reinstalled RWT over and over again, reconfigured DynDOLOD, everything. I have no idea what's happening here, I've tried disabling sky reflection, setting weather ignore to true and all sorts, but I still don't know what the problem is.

Would appreciate any help!!
