After all these years, has there been a fix for the glitch of faces of vampire player characters resetting to the race's default whenever you load up a vampire save? Of course, a workaround is to load up a non-vampire save before loading up the vampire save, but a fix would save me those precious seconds. Not sure if this glitch even happens on vanilla races, but I know for a fact that it occurs on custom ones.

Pretty sure that fix is included in the 'Unofficial Oblivion Patch' mod.

It is, and I activated the .esp file. It doesn't appear to work.

Did you organize your mods order ? The Unofficial Oblivion Patch should be near the top of your list.

It is at the top preceded only by the official files of Oblivion and Shivering Isles.
