Game crashing when loading into the keeps in tutorial

When I try to load into either one of the keeps within the tutorial, it crashes my game.

I've mainly used visual/audio enhancement mods, so nothing that really effects gameplay. And I keep getting crashes from loading into both keeps.

Any help on this? Thanks.
