NMM Create Mod-Backup Problem

hi,

 

while the Mod-backup-program was running, no file was displayed on c: (SSD 500GB). The program has occupied more than 100gb until nmm crashed. The problem is that the 100GB are still busy and no file can be found on c: and I haven´t enough space to start the program again. Where can I find the file. I have used the option for showing invisible files. Nothing.

What can I do?
