A new save works fine as soon as I load a save my character starts spitting out the frost breath. The 2 fixs mentioned previously were lowering mod count via merging or load order, but neither solved anything for me. Sitting at 229 esps and ran loot and did some tinkering of my own but got nothing. Has anyone experienced this before and found a solution they can share?
