Just chiming in, trying to download some Fallout 4 mods and NMM or manual, I'm looking at 8-24kb/sec.

SoCal in USA and I'm crawling at 4-8 kb/s just started happening to me today. worked fine last night. hell worked fine earlier today.

Well... Gladly (or not) it isnt just me. My luck is that the big textures mods from ME i can download with torrent.

Some downloads made to 100KB/s but very few, some stayed in 24KB/s and some in 0B/s.

 

Let's hope the devs fix this soon...

Getting similar issues both in the nexus mod manager download and the manual downloads in the American West, somebody made an oopsie

East coast US, getting 12 KB/s. Just started binging mods for skyrim again, and now their servers and/or service provider are eating dirt. I actually got all the mods I wanted before it got this bad, but unfortunately, I've come to realize that some of them got corrupted. Redownloading a 1 gigabyte file at 12 KB/s? Nah. I guess I'll just shelve it for now. I hope they fix this soon, or at least put together a blog post acknowledging and explaining the issue.

I'm in New Jersey. After about a half an hour, my download was at 5.4 of t28 mbs, then it failed. The test download took about 30 seconds.

Same here, Arkansas. Going at around 5 kb/s when usually I go over 1 mb/s.

So, i just figured out that if you download a file via Vortex, that for some inexplicable reason, it downloads at full speed. But not with Nmm, or manual. Lord Cheesus help you if you cant download what you want via vortex.
