WardenAI Posted August 10, 2018 Share Posted August 10, 2018 I would really love a flashlight to exist, a real one which you hold like one and such, it could be a small melee weapon aswell but mainly handled as an flashlight, this works on weapons normally so why not? :wink: playing a detective in my current playthrough and I find it annoying that when using flashlight mod that I simply stroll with a magic light coming from me, and it kinda bothered me that there are no such a simple thing to be found. There is the pipboy flashlight that gives you the ability to change the direction of the light to be more realistic, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10840, it is not what you asked but currently the closest to a real light we have lol. Yea I find it very wierd, they have made belt lantern tho, but a simple maglight does'nt seem to require much, and it would make pipboy flashlight alot more immersive. I have been using pipboy flashlight since it came out, but lately I have to get weapons with tactical lights else it looks so unimmersive when light coming out of nowhere, or a light ball beside your head or hand, also used TNR shoulder light and Tactical headlights, but playing a detective right now and I kinda missing a simple flashlight when searching in dark places, and I dont want to aim weapons around searching for things.
